Tomlinscote is committed to encouraging the widest possible use of its facilities for the benefit of the community.
We offer a variety of fully equipped facilities for hire for events, conferences, meetings, training and performances.
 

During term time, the facilities are available for hire from 4:00pm weekdays for large events and organisations seeking termly contracts. Throughout the school holidays and at weekends, the facilities are available from 8am and parking can be made available either in the main car park or additional parking on the school playground.

	Main Hall The hall is equipped with a large screen and overhead projector.  Staging is available. The hall measures (approx):- 22m x 19m		Technical Theatre Hall The Technical Theatre Hall measures (approx):- 13m x 9m
	Bee Hive Hall The Bee Hive is equipped with a large screen and overhead projector The Bee Hive measures (approx):- 22m x 16m, the Mezzanine (approx):- 19m x 9m		Drama Studio The Drama Studio is equipped with a large screen and overhead projector The Drama Studio measures (approx):- 10m x 9m
	Conference Room The Conference Room has an overhead projector The Conference Room measures (approx):- 7m x 5m		Class Rooms With over 100 class rooms means that we can accommodate large teaching sessions, whether foreign language schools or private tuition lessons

All of our facilities come with WiFi.
