Welcome to our school. Tomlinscote is an extremely successful and popular 11-16 school. It is a school that has a reputation for its very high standards; our students take pride in their appearance and understand the value of hard work, each leaving with a desire to succeed.

Our students pride themselves on being excellent ambassadors for the school, supporting, encouraging and leading each other. We are equally proud of them. We receive so many compliments about how our students conduct themselves on educational visits and when interacting with the public. 

We merged with the WMAT Trust on 1st April 2026 and have developed a strong link with the other successful schools and colleges within the Trust. Together we have a restless desire to become even more successful. 

Tomlinscote was awarded “International School,” status and international themes pervade across the whole school throughout the academic year. We expand horizons, empower ambition, and create opportunities for students to discover new perspectives, build meaningful connections and develop a strong sense of identity and belonging. Every young person leaves Tomlinscote with the courage to take on new journeys, and the confidence to face the future with optimism. 

I am delighted to be the new Principal at Tomlinscote and look forward to meeting many of you in the next few months.
