Register of interests and related party transactions

Owing to the nature of schools operations and the composition of the Academy Quality Council (AQC) being linked to local public and private sector organisations, it is inevitable that sometimes transactions will take place with organisations in which a member of the AQC may have an interest.

Tomlinscote School therefore maintains a register of Councillors' business interests which is updated annually and is referred to at all meetings so that Councillors may withdraw if they have an interest in matters arising.  Further information relating to the AQC can be found here.

The AQC Meeting dates for 2024-25 are:

7 October 2024, 25 November 2024, 3 February 2025, 17 March 2025, 19 May 2025, 7 July 2025.
